Before staff within a centre can begin delivering an SQA qualification they must first check that their centre has approval to offer it. Most centres that come under Local Authority control will have automatic approval to offer all Access 1 & 2 qualifications. Centres that do not come under direct Local Authority control should check their approval status in relation to the Units they seek to offer.
